The new Adelaide Birch Collection from Robert Gordon features a distinct crackled reactive glaze on embossed porcelain wares. Birch is fired three times in order to achieve the glossy translucent, creamy white color with the natural clay body showing underneath. The embossed edges are finished with a dark brown reactive glaze for incredible color contrast which frames the food presentation.
